Ja das ist normal, denn der Teig hinterlässt beim Backen geschwärztes Mehl, das sich ein wenig im Stein absetzt.

Der Keramikstein kann mit einer groben Bürste oder mit Stahlwolle gereinigt werden. Ohne Wasser, da der Keramikstein Feuchtigkeit aufnimmt.
