# My payment did not work on your website but I received an order confirmation, what should I do?

This is normal because you receive an automatic order confirmation by email but we have not received your payment. You can check the status of your order in "payment error" in your "Order history".

You can replace your order by clicking on "Re-order" in your "Order history".
