# What is the thickness of the Verycook Simplicity grill plates?

Enamelled steel plate: 6mm thick (plate with 2 layers of enamel for more resistance)
Stainless steel plate 2 burners planchas: 6mm thick (100% solid stainless steel plate)

Stainless steel plate plancha 3 burners: 7mm thick (100% solid stainless steel plate). We have chosen to opt for a 7 mm thickness to ensure that this large cooking surface has perfect thermal resistance.

All Verycook cooking plate have a high thickness, making the hob robust and durable. This increases the quality of heat diffusion and distribution.
