What should I do with my brown/black cooking plate?
Laminated steel or stainless steel cooking plate can turn brown/black as they are used, which is normal.
The plate is raw and is panelled over time, it's a natural phenomenon. This means that it will turn brown over the entire cooking surface and this is what makes it non-stick as it is used.
So we shouldn't try to remove that and find it as it was in the beginning.
