Préchauffez le four à 180°C, puis enfournez votre tarte dans son moule (en aluminium ou en verre) et déposez-la sur le support en inox sans la pierre en céramique. Cette astuce vous permettra de ne pas faire griller le dessous de la pâte durant la cuisson.
